Raiders

I CANNOT believe that Lane Kiffin won't put in Culpepper!! McCown has already thrown 2 interceptions, yet he is still in the stupid game. THIS is why the Raiders lose, because their coaching sucks.

I think you spoke too soon...12-17 Raiders are playing well and McCown found Porter for a TD. Can't blame ANY QB for throwing 2 int's vs Denver. Bly and Bailey may be the best CB tandem in the NFL.

Nah, I don't think I spoke too early. McCown played TERRIBLE. He had like 73 passing yards. I have absolutely no idea why they did not put in Culpepper. The only reason the Raiders made it a game was because their defense was playing really well today.

I can't believe they had a chance in OT and blew it.

He wasn't fantastically statistically...but he put them in position to win. It was tied and Jano had a chance to win it but botched the FG after Denver iced him. And Walt, you were saying about Lamont Jordan? Put up great numbers against a stout Denver D.

You honestly think HE put them in a position to win? Give me a break. Sometimes people are willing to give the QB too much credit for a game. Jordan carried the team offensively. McCown had 1 TD pass which is great and all, but wasn't good enough. Without the Raiders D yesterday, they would have gotten BLOWN out. Just take a look at the overall stats.

Not to mention, McCown was playing with a broken finger or something like that, I have no clue why they are not playing Culpepper. If they don't start Culpepper next week there is something wrong with their organization. They are 0-2 and McCown hasn't really showed anyone that he is starting QB material yet. At least give Culpepper a shot. He was the highest rated QB ever before his injury.

They are hesitant to put Culpepper in cause he sucks. He was good several years ago, since then he has sucked it up with the worst of them.

And what has McCown shown so far in the first 2 games? That he can lose with the best of them? At least give Culpepper a shot.

Despite everyone making fun of the Raiders, I think that so far this year, the Raiders look better than the Giants.
