I see where you are going, but I still find it hard to rule out NE as the best team ever, even if they lose the Super Bowl, which BTW, I don't think they will.

IF NE loses the super bowl, which i dont think they will i definitely wouldnt consider them the best team ever. The best team ever wins a title.

If you can't win the ring you don't get the respect. Plain and simple. Nobody remembers the other teams that had undefeated regular seasons (Bears did it twice) and then lose in the playoffs or Super Bowl. Just doesn't work that way. Also, nobody talks about the 49er teams with Montana and Young that went 15-1 during the regular season and won the Super Bowl. They just don't get mentioned. When Craig/Taylor/Rice/Lott/Ect... were all playing they were one of the best teams I'd ever seen... but not talked about because they didn't go undefeated in their championship seasons. You need both to be elite.

wow, we got trampled, how does a great high caliper team just lose it all in the 4th quarter. We deserved to lose that game an yes...i kinda had a feeling we were gonna cause the chances of these 2 teams meeting three times in one season an one team winning all three i dont think will ever happen. As for not responding right away....yea, i was kinda disappointed an had nothing to say besides wanting to see how bad we get bashed before i do. I dont doubt the giants are a good team, i posted a few things about them in the giants section when they got their act together an won games or even just doin so well against the pats. Giants cowboys has always been a huge rivalry in my house with my sisters being big giants fans so this rubbing it in doesnt suprise me lol. Do i hope the packers win? Of course! Basically cause i have already seen how the giants played NE but have yet to see the PACK, besides it is extremely hard for a team to go into lambeau field an beat the pack this time of the year but best of luck since the giants are playing so well. Say what you want about dallas but they had an incredible season an i think their only going to get better, we are the 4th youngest team in the NFL right now. Losing sparano to miami an jason garret to baltimore is going to be a huge hit but i cant wait to see who we pick up and an who we get in the draft. So until next years season, i lay to rest an my football excitement is kinda gone

Exactly, in Elis first year as a starter the Giants won the division but didnt win a playoff game. I def didnt and still dont consider it a good season. Id rathe rhave the Giants do what they did this year then go 13-3 and not win a playoff game

Romo is still only 2 years young at the QB position...0-2 in the playoffs...Dallas fans are like Yankee fans...just flat out unrealistic with their expectations.

Right, same thing was happening with Eli up to this year. I hope they have to listen to all the shit ive had to hear about my team and QB over the last 2 years.

so what do you guys think for this week. Heres what i think.

Patriots - 38
Chargers - 13

Wont be close at any point of this game. Unfortunately this isnt a shit talking contest. If it was the Chargers might have had a chance.

Giants - 24
Packers - 21

Beat Dallas and Tampa on the road will the Giants run come to an end this week? Maybe. IMO The Packers are the best team in the NFC and having to play them in Lambeau doesnt help. They really dont have a weakness at any position and there O line is awesome only allowing 18 sacks this year. A few things will have to happen for the Giants to win. I think they will happen. But hey im a Giants fan. Who do you think I was going to pick? Go Giants!
