Sam's 240sx made 346whp and 255 ftlbs of torque. It features Synapse Turbo's top mount Tial exhaust housing manifold. Needless to say he was very happy with the outcome.
Sam's SR20 has a stock block with a Greddy head gasket, bolted together with ARP head studs. The head has been fitted with the ever popular HKS 264 camshafts, well suited for his street car build. Under the bumpers we swapped out the stock springs and retainers for a stiffer set of Supertechs. Several upgrades were made externally as well. A Greddy intake manifold has been installed, as well as a Greddy M spec intercooler kit. We fabricated a 3" downpipe to bolt up to Sam's 3" exhaust.
For tuning we are using the Apexi Power FC. The fuel is being delivered by a walbro 255 and Nismo 740cc injectors.
We would also like to thank Sam for his patience during this build. He has been excellent to work with on getting this manifold into production.
prolly limited by octane.. 14psi on a nissan motor prolly 93 octane...sounds about right... doesnt need much more... could add some c16 and go to 22psi for fun
The setup was left at low boost, which still made alot of power. The customer plans on building the motor in the future, and really only wanted around 350 until then.
