when you put it in neutral, let the clutch out, rev it, push the clutch back in while the RPMs are still high, IF you wait till they come down before pushing the clutch in you've done NOTHING. Then put it into gear and release clutch. IT's pretty easy.

I'm pulling an all nighter tonight working on my car.

got the front springs in and the clutch in so far.

Still have to finish screen mount pod thingy and EGT gauge install.
Fix wiring.
Install rear springs.
Steering rack bushings.
Finish assembling new Morrettes and install them.

Then if I ever get it back,
Install tranny

anyone willing to put a starter in my landrover on a free saturday (i have none cause school in the summer sucks the life out of you) can practice double clutching on it as much as they want. it doesnt have synchros, so you'll know real fast if you aren't doing it right. it revs super slow, has a lot of motor/tranny inertia, and the gears will go together if you're anywhere near similar rpm's, so you don't have to be very fast or precise to get the hang of it. anything broken can be repaid with beer on a 3pints/100 dollars stuff mangled ratio, as i have a lot of spares.

anyone who wants to simply break things and pay for them on the same beer/parts broken ratio is also welcome.
