Ah when I had the venge i had the Napa lifetime warranty halfshafts. Kept a passenger side spare at all times and got really good at changing it out quick. Lost track of how many I broke.
It's either that or DSS halfshafts but ~800 for them is steep. fucking NVG transaxles

This will be the 5th axle issue... going by my 1/4 compared to justin's in his STI, I'm making about 260whp compared to my mildly underrated 215 flywheel hp at stock. I dropped it into 2nd at ~40mph and instead of spinning like an animal like it usually does, it caught and *WHAM!* instantly stretched CV joint. I was gonna pull the axles this morning but I had a mild hangover and I'm barely awake right now... lol

use this for a very rough idea of HP based on trap and or ET. Do not lecture me about how each car varies and all the variables associated with it, I know all about it...

yup yup... way too many factors to use ET. I always use trap speed and don't even bother messing with ET
