ok thanks guy i was just looking at some oem m3 19's off a 2003 or 2004 m3 on ebay and i asked the sellers and there like no way they'll fit and i thought they might be mistaken. so the offset and bolt pattern ect.. and all that wont be an issue they just bolt on?

Actually I don't know about the sedan, now that I think of it. If it were a coupe, they would fit. I think the sedan will have rubbing issues in the rear but if they did, it would be easy to off the rears and possibly even trade for a pair of fronts.
*edit* and like I said, check out bf.c(bimmerforums) do a search on 'm3 wheels fit sedan' or 'm3 wheels 325i' or something of the nature. Don't start a new thread asking because 1 million and 1 people ask everyday and the guys get annoyed if you don't at least make a valiant effort to find one of those threads that have the question already answered.

I've seen non-M's on eBay with M3 wheels all around. Fender rolling? I have also seen non-M's with M3 fronts all around and you can see there's quite a bit of room left. This is just coupes though, I've never looked up sedans.
